There isn’t much consistency for children in the foster care system. Caseworkers change as often as homes. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cook County appoints one volunteer to be at each child’s side, from the moment they step into the system until the day they’re adopted. Through this PSA, we demonstrated how CASA advocates impact children’s lives in foster care and why it’s critical that you volunteer. This project was done pro bono and won an Emmy for Outstanding PSA.
